Where can I find my tracking number?

You’ll find it in your Shipping Confirmation email, not your Order Confirmation. If you don’t see the email, have a quick look in your spam or promotions folder too.

Why has my order arrived in separate parcels?

Depending on availability and destination, pieces may be dispatched from different partnered fulfilment locations. This means one order can occasionally arrive in separate parcels, each with its own tracking number. There’s no additional shipping charge.

Tracking number or order number?

Please enter the carrier tracking number from your Shipping Confirmation email. Your Cora Bellune order number won’t return tracking information here.

Tracking hasn’t updated yet?

Don’t worry if a newly issued tracking number shows little or no movement at first. It can take 24–72 hours for the carrier to receive, scan and update your parcel.
