Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

We want your piece to be right for the moment. If it isn't, returning it is simple. You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return.

What we can accept

To return an item, it needs to be in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused, with the tags still attached and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. If you're trying on heels, do it indoors on a soft surface so the soles stay unmarked.

How to start a return

Email us at care@corabellune.com to request a return. Once it's accepted, we'll send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your parcel.

Please request a return before sending anything back. Items posted to us without a return requested first can't be accepted. Any questions, email care@corabellune.com and a real person will help.

Damaged, defective or wrong items

Please check your order as soon as it arrives. If anything is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, contact us straight away at care@corabellune.com and we'll make it right.

Items we can't accept

A few things can't be returned: sale items and gift cards, and any custom or personalised orders. If your item arrives faulty, the above still applies, so get in touch. Not sure whether your item qualifies? Just ask before you buy.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the size or style you want is to return the original item, and once the return is accepted, place a new order for the piece you'd like.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days, for any reason and without giving one. The item still needs to be in the same condition you received it: unworn or unused, with tags and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we've received and checked your return, we'll email to let you know whether it's approved. If it is, we'll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Bear in mind your bank or card company may need a little longer to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still haven't seen it, email us at care@corabellune.com.
