TERMS OF SERVICE

Last updated: 24 September 2026

1. ABOUT US AND THESE TERMS

Welcome to CORA BELLUNE. CORA BELLUNE is a trading name of STRATA DIGITAL SERVICES LTD, a company registered in England and Wales under company number 17318203.

Registered office: 24 Ledway Drive, Wembley, England, HA9 9TQ, United Kingdom.
Customer contact: care@corabellune.com.
Telephone: +44 7341 713693.

In these Terms of Service (“Terms”), “we”, “us” and “our” mean STRATA DIGITAL SERVICES LTD, trading as CORA BELLUNE. “You” means a visitor to our website or a customer purchasing from us.

These Terms govern your use of https://corabellune.com and purchases made through the website. Our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund Policy provide additional information relevant to your use of the website and your orders.

Please read these Terms before ordering. Nothing in these Terms limits your legal rights as a consumer.

2. USING OUR WEBSITE

You may browse and use our website for lawful purposes. You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, or submit fraudulent information.

You must provide accurate information when placing an order and must have authority to use your chosen payment method. If you create a customer account, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure. Please tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised access.

If you are under 18, you should obtain permission from a parent or guardian before making a purchase.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address suspected fraud, security risks or unlawful activity.

3. PRODUCTS AND PRODUCT INFORMATION

We aim to describe our products accurately, including their materials, features, sizes and available colours. Product images are illustrative; colours may appear slightly different because of lighting, photography and individual screen settings.

Please check product descriptions, measurements and size information before ordering. If you need help choosing a size or understanding a product, contact care@corabellune.com.

We may update our range and product information. If we discover an error that materially affects an order you have placed, we will contact you and explain the available options.

All goods supplied to UK consumers must meet the standards required by applicable consumer law, including being as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

4. PLACING AN ORDER

Products displayed on the website are invitations to place an order. By submitting your order, you offer to buy the selected goods at the price and on the terms shown at checkout.

After checkout, we will send an order acknowledgement to the email address you provide. We will confirm acceptance of your order by an express acceptance or dispatch confirmation. Payment authorisation or an automated acknowledgement does not, by itself, guarantee that a product is available.

If we cannot accept an order—for example, because the item is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised or a material listing error has occurred—we will contact you. Any payment taken for goods we cannot supply will be refunded.

If an order contains several items, we may accept and dispatch them separately. We will let you know if this affects your order.

5. PRICES, CURRENCY AND PAYMENT

Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the website or at checkout. Our UK store uses GBP, although prices may be displayed in another currency for customers in supported international markets.

The total payable, including applicable charges collected by us, will be shown before you confirm your order. Any delivery costs will also be disclosed at checkout.

Product prices may change, but a subsequent price change will not alter the agreed price of an accepted order.

Promotions and discount claims are subject to their stated conditions. Where we display a saving against another price, that comparison is intended to reflect a genuine and supportable reference price.

Payment is processed through the payment methods available at checkout. Please do not send payment card details by email.

For international orders, customs duties, import taxes or other charges may apply. Whether these are collected at checkout or payable separately will depend on the destination and the delivery arrangement. Please review the information provided before ordering.

6. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Our current delivery destinations, shipping costs and delivery information are explained in our Shipping Policy:
https://corabellune.com/policies/shipping-policy

The shipping options available for your particular address will be confirmed at checkout.

We aim to dispatch and deliver orders within the timeframes communicated to you. Any stated delivery window is an estimate unless expressly agreed as a guaranteed date. We will contact you if we become aware of a material delay.

An order containing multiple items may arrive in more than one parcel. Where applicable, we will provide tracking information for each shipment.

For UK consumer orders, goods remain at our risk until they are delivered into your physical possession, or that of a person you identify to receive them, subject to the applicable statutory exception where you independently arrange a carrier that we did not offer.

Your legal rights concerning late or failed delivery are not affected by these Terms.

7. CANCELLATIONS, RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Please read our Refund Policy before ordering:
https://corabellune.com/policies/refund-policy

Our published voluntary returns offer is in addition to, and does not replace, any statutory cancellation or consumer rights that apply to your purchase.

For eligible UK distance purchases, you generally have 14 days after receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel without giving a reason. You then generally have another 14 days to return the goods. Statutory exceptions may apply to particular types of goods.

To notify us of a cancellation, email care@corabellune.com with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. You do not need our prior approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right.

Refunds, return-postage arrangements and any applicable deductions will be handled in accordance with the Refund Policy and applicable law.

If goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, please contact us. Your statutory rights to an appropriate remedy remain in place regardless of any voluntary returns period.

8. EXCHANGES

If you would like a different size, colour or style, contact care@corabellune.com. We will explain the available exchange or return arrangements, including any applicable charges, before you send an item back.

Any specific exchange offer advertised on the website is subject to the terms communicated with that offer. Nothing in an exchange arrangement restricts your statutory rights.

9. CUSTOMER COMMUNICATIONS

We may contact you using the details supplied with your order to provide confirmations, delivery information, updates, and assistance with returns or other customer-service matters.

You are responsible for ensuring that your email and delivery information is accurate. Please contact us promptly if you notice an error.

Marketing communications are governed by your preferences and our Privacy Policy. You can unsubscribe from promotional emails using the link in those messages.

10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The website’s text, design, original imagery, graphics, logos and other protected content are owned by, or licensed to, STRATA DIGITAL SERVICES LTD or the relevant rights holders.

You may use the website for personal shopping and ordinary browsing. You must not reproduce or exploit protected material commercially without permission from the relevant rights holder.

All third-party trademarks and other protected material remain the property of their respective owners.

11. REVIEWS AND CONTENT YOU SEND US

If you submit a review, photograph, testimonial or other content for publication, you confirm that you have the necessary rights to share it and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.

You give us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce and display the submitted content for operating and promoting CORA BELLUNE, in the media and channels for which you have supplied or authorised it. You retain ownership of your content.

We may moderate or remove content that is unlawful, misleading, abusive, infringing or otherwise inappropriate. We will not knowingly present an incentivised review as an independent, unincentivised customer review.

Please do not include sensitive personal information in publicly submitted content.

12. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS

Our website may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services, including payment, delivery and website-support services. These providers may have their own terms and privacy notices.

We do not control the content of unrelated third-party websites. Nothing in this section removes our responsibility for the goods and services we are legally required to provide to you.

13. RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY

CORA BELLUNE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our Store are made directly with CORA BELLUNE. By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and CORA BELLUNE, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products and services. You hereby expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your purchases and transactions with CORA BELLUNE.

14. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL INFORMATION

We process personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy:
https://corabellune.com/policies/privacy-policy

The Privacy Policy explains the personal information collected through our website, how it is used, when it may be shared, and the rights and choices available to you.

15. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY AND SECURITY

We take reasonable steps to maintain the website, but cannot promise that it will always be uninterrupted or free from technical faults. We may temporarily suspend access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security or improvements.

We are not responsible for losses caused solely by circumstances beyond our reasonable control. This does not limit any responsibility we cannot lawfully exclude, including our obligations under an accepted order.

16. OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU

We are responsible for supplying the goods you order in accordance with our contract with you and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

Nothing in these Terms removes your rights in relation to goods that are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet applicable legal standards.

We are not responsible for a loss arising solely because you have used the website unlawfully or provided inaccurate information, where that loss was not caused by our own breach or fault.

We do not exclude liability for a foreseeable loss caused by our breach of contract or failure to exercise reasonable care and skill where applicable law makes us responsible for that loss.

17. EVENTS OUTSIDE OUR CONTROL

Sometimes events outside our reasonable control may affect our ability to fulfil an order, such as serious transport disruption or other exceptional circumstances.

If such an event affects your order, we will contact you as soon as reasonably practicable and explain the options available. Your statutory rights concerning delivery, cancellation and refunds continue to apply.

18. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you in your country of residence.

If you are a consumer resident in another part of the United Kingdom or another country, this clause does not take away mandatory rights or court protections available to you under applicable law.

19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms to reflect changes to our business, website, policies or legal obligations.

The version applicable to a purchase will ordinarily be the version in effect when the relevant order was placed, unless a change is required by law or you expressly agree otherwise.

We will publish the current version on this page and provide additional notice where required by law.

20. SEVERABILITY

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
