Shipping & Delivery
Free shipping on every order, wherever you are. We ship worldwide from our partnered warehouses in Asia, the United States and the United Kingdom, and we send your order from whichever location can get it to you most efficiently.

Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum spend, no code needed.
Where we ship
The United Kingdom, United States, Canada, Europe and Australia.
Order processing
We prepare and dispatch orders within 1 to 3 business days of purchase. Orders placed at weekends or on public holidays are processed the next business day. You'll get an email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery times
Estimated delivery once your order has been dispatched: 7 to 10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Busy periods, weather and customs checks can add a little time.
Orders with more than one piece
Because we ship from more than one warehouse, now and then the items in a single order travel from different locations. If that happens, they may arrive separately, sometimes a day or two apart. Nothing's wrong, it's all on its way, and you're only ever charged once, since shipping is free.
Tracking your order
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order is dispatched. If your order ships in more than one parcel, you may get more than one tracking number.
Customs, duties and taxes
Orders shipped internationally may be subject to customs duties or import taxes set by the destination country. Any such charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included at checkout. We'd recommend checking your local import rules if you're unsure.
Wrong or incomplete address
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We can't be responsible for orders sent to an address entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange redelivery.
Delays
Occasionally things outside our control, like carrier delays, customs, weather or peak-season volume, can push delivery beyond the estimates above. If your order seems stuck, email us and we'll chase it from our side.
